These Terms & Conditions govern your use of The Handbag Den website and your purchase of products from our store. By using our website or placing an order, you agree to these terms.

1. About The Handbag Den

The Handbag Den is an online retail store based in the United Kingdom. We sell handbags and related products through our online store.

2. Products and Product Information

We aim to ensure that product descriptions, photographs, specifications, colours, and other information are accurate. However, minor differences may occur because of screen settings, photography, manufacturing variations, or other factors.

We reserve the right to correct genuine errors in product information, availability, pricing, or descriptions.

3. Orders

When you place an order, you are submitting a request to purchase the selected products. An order is subject to availability and acceptance by The Handbag Den.

If we are unable to fulfil an order, we may cancel the affected order or part of it and refund any payment received for the cancelled products.

4. Pricing and Currency

All prices are displayed in British pounds sterling (GBP). Shipping is charged at a flat rate of £9.99 for eligible domestic deliveries within the United Kingdom.

We may update prices or product availability at any time. Price changes will not affect an order that has already been accepted except where required by law.

5. Payment

We accept Visa, Mastercard, and American Express through the payment options available at checkout.

You confirm that you are authorised to use the payment method provided for your order.

6. Shipping and Delivery

We currently ship only within the United Kingdom. International shipping is not currently offered. We will update this policy if international shipping becomes available.

Orders are generally prepared within 1–2 business days before being handed to the carrier. Standard domestic transit is generally estimated at 3–7 business days after shipment.

Based on these estimates, total estimated delivery is 4–9 business days from order processing to delivery.

Our designated carrier is Royal Mail. The carrier used for an individual shipment may vary depending on the shipment and delivery destination, and additional carriers may be used in the future.

Orders placed after our 2:00 PM daily cut-off, or on days when the business is closed, are processed on the next available business day.

7. Returns and Refunds

Eligible products may be returned within 30 calendar days of delivery, subject to the conditions described in our Return & Refund Policy.

There is no restocking fee on eligible returns.

We do not offer exchanges. If you need a different item, please return the eligible item for a refund and place a new order.

Approved refunds are issued to the original payment method only. Please allow up to 10 business days after the returned item has been received and approved for the refund to be processed.

8. Website Use

You agree to use our website lawfully and not to interfere with its operation, attempt unauthorised access, introduce malicious software, or use the website for fraudulent or abusive purposes.

9. Intellectual Property

Content appearing on this website, including text, graphics, photographs, branding, logos, and other materials, belongs to or is used by The Handbag Den and may not be reproduced or used without appropriate permission.

10. Limitation of Liability

To the extent permitted by applicable law, The Handbag Den will not be responsible for losses that could not reasonably have been anticipated or for events outside our reasonable control. Nothing in these terms excludes or limits rights or liabilities that cannot lawfully be excluded or limited.
